Overview
Flex is a smart fitness management system I'm building for a Kuwaiti wellness brand. It brings memberships, class scheduling, bookings, and personal training into one connected platform — spanning a customer-facing web app, an operations dashboard, and native mobile apps.
The mobile experience is a single cross-platform Flutter codebase shipping to both iOS and Android, while the backend is a .NET and FastAPI service layer on top of SQL Server — designed for reliability, clean data modeling, and room to scale as the brand grows.
